people always complain about how slow games are, but i never see ratings decline...hmm looks like its all talk and no show....if it bothers you that much don't watch the games...otherwise those extra 20 minutes is meaningless in 99% of the baseball watchers life...becasue everyone knows no one will turn the end of the game off when its a close one, just becasue its 20 minutes longer than if these rules were implemented....
