'm as much a Sox fan as the next guy, but I don't hate Yankees fans. I just think they are misguided, victims of the sucky city they live in, or just don't know any better. I just think of Yankee fandom as just one more social disease you can contract if you get to close. Pitty the poor buggers who caught the disease at a young age.

thats funny because i've always respected REAL red sox fans, but lately theres been a huge ammount of bandwagoners, much like the yanks had since 96... and this diatribe i read while keeping my lunch down, is eerily reminiscent of yank bandwagon speeches. i'm a baseball fan who enjoys the yankees and the history of this team. but i still respect any team *yes including the mets* who go out there and play. but i hate schilling. and beckett, and torrre is an overrated manager.

the cubs are winning it all this year. 100 year anniversary!
