1. The ball may be thrown in any direction with one or both hands.
2. The ball may be batted in any direction with one or both hands (never with the fist).
3. A player cannot run with the ball. The player must throw it from the spot on which he catches it, allowance to be made for a man who catches the ball when running at a good speed if he tries to stop.
4. The ball must be held in or between the hands; the arms or body must not be used for holding it.
5. No shouldering, holding, pushing, tripping, or striking in any way the person of an opponent shall be allowed; the first infringement of this rule by any player shall count as a foul, the second shall disqualify him until the next goal is made, or, if there was evident intent to injure the person, for the whole of the game, no substitute allowed.
6. A foul is striking at the ball with the fist, violation of Rules 3,4, and such as described in Rule 5.
7. If either side makes three consecutive fouls, it shall count a goal for the opponents (consecutive means without the opponents in the mean time making a foul).
8. A goal shall be made when the ball is thrown or batted from the grounds into the basket and stays there, providing those defending the goal do not touch or disturb the goal. If the ball rests on the edges, and the opponent moves the basket, it shall count as a goal.
9. When the ball goes out of bounds, it shall be thrown into the field of play by the person first touching it. In case of a dispute, the umpire shall throw it straight into the field. The thrower-in is allowed five seconds; if he holds it longer, it shall go to the opponent. If any side persists in delaying the game, the umpire shall call a foul on that side.
10. The umpire shall be judge of the men and shall note the fouls and notify the referee when three consecutive fouls have been made. He shall have power to disqualify men according to Rule 5.
11. The referee shall be judge of the ball and shall decide when the ball is in play, in bounds, to which side it belongs, and shall keep the time. He shall decide when a goal has been made, and keep account of the goals with any other duties that are usually performed by a referee.
12. The time shall be two 15-minute halves, with five minutes' rest between.
13. The side making the most goals in that time shall be declared the winner. In case of a draw, the game may, by agreement of the captains, be continued until another goal is made.
you can look everything up yourself buddy. its out there for you to learn.
lsd was proven to be dangerous by whom? everything can be dangerous including this syphilis you have.
but fyi, when the mexicans were brought in to help build this country and along with them came the association of them smoking pot and gaining strength, white people got scared. black musicians were known to use it down south. white man gets nervous because their women got interested in it along with their children. hence reefer madness. when the asians were imported to help build, they brought opium and used it to relax, white women got into it white man gets scared. so basically, make pot illegal, get rid of mexicans and jail the blacks, make opium illegal get rid of the chinese. tis all propaganda, more research would be great for everything, the government would just rather subsidize their medicine and make moola.
now im all for legalization for marijuana because it has use. the only faults it has is...makes ya hungry and temporary short memory. it also helps people g about their daily lives because they use it medicinally. its a fascinating herb. as well as neem (oil). i just think people should be aware of the herb, not saying you should run out and get high, but the truth is out there. and nobody should make a big deal over pot use, drinking n driving is a whole other story, but everyone drives differently when high, and if cannabis becomes legal, im all for laws but you shouldnt get your panties in a twist over a plant, you sound like a ****! A PLANT!
u just need seeds for pot.
and yes race was a factor, know your drug history then we can speak.
yes lsd is harmless, in the end when made correctly and taken right, it's harmless. more people die from drinking than taking a hit of acid.
you got opinions, thats cool, im just stating whats true.
THC is lipid-soluable, meaning it is absorbed by fat tissue in yourbody and slowly released. Which is why it is detected in drug tests weeks later. And while the high goes away in a short amount of time, there is still a mild effect of it while it's in your system. So, get high on Friday, you're good to drive (or learn) next month.
So if we can all agree that ruining yourself is bad but your own business, while endangering others means the need to get stomped, legalized marijuana is fine so long as those who smoke it permanently relinquish their driver's licenses. And drinking affect educational progress less than pot smoking. Just a few things to think about for all you "what's the big deal, it's just pot" folks. Driving under the influence and the achievement gap: what's the big deal?
yeah it's in your system, doesnt mean you're high from it. what you are basically saying is the thc sticks to body fat, true, and grease from burgers and dairy and fatty foods clog arteries and increase blood pressure and kill people. hm, marijuana doesnt kill people. alcohol and fatty foods do. and although liquor gets out quicker, it does damage going in sooooo really the whole argument of a plant being worse than a plant turned science experiment is wack. DARE program did more harm than good, and the US government lies, what else is new???
But hey, who am I to tell someone what they can or can't do, right? Go ahead, legalize pot. While we're at it, that LSD stuff isn't hurting anyone but the user, let's legalize that too! Ooooh! Oooh! What about crack!!!
The "Legalize It" campaign should be burned by the same losers who smoke the junk.
thats a ridiculous argument. only reason pot is illegal is because our government was racist. yes, race is a factor when it comes to drugs, from opium to heroin. marijuana is a great drug for multiple purposes. lsd is also actually harmless and also has its medicinal value. you are probably a drinker thats fine, drinking is poison. I could go on, drug history is interesting, has alotta facts you could use, or a loved one in need who could use a God given medicinal herb compared to a man made drug.
