Get rid of Caughlin or Eli... or better yet both!
Posted Wednesday December 19, 2007, About: Reid: McNabb's not going anywhere
McNabb is a sinking ship. He was only good when he could scramble. While he can be good and shows brief flashes of brilliance now and again he is NOT a long term QB solution in Philly. They ned to look forward to the future and get a young QB in there and hand McNabb the clip board.
Posted Tuesday December 18, 2007, About: Cowboys' Owens wants the ball
Imagine... in the same game you have T.O. one of the most selfish players ever to play the game, and Brian Westbrook, one of the most selfless.

If only TO had taken a lesson while the opportunity presented itself.
Posted Tuesday December 18, 2007, About: Cowboys' Owens wants the ball
Owens, If your coaches, agent, family and friends have not already toldy you:

JUST SHUT UP AND PLAY FOOTBALL.

Seriously, so much talent. Him and Moss are the two most naturally talented recievers out there. Both of them however have always let other things get in thier way. Moss it was his actions, Owens his mouth. While Moss has been doing his job this year I am not sold on his all-out reform just yet. Owens... please. Just shut up and play and forget your personal stats for one second.

Just another Terry Glenn.
Posted Tuesday December 18, 2007, About: Has Eli been coached poorly?
There are lots of players out there with Talent, and I appreciate them. I watch just about every football game every week. I love the game (not just the Pats) and have a great amount of respect for a lot of players. That being said Eli is not one of them. I have not seen any of the qualities out there that say to me "Premiere QB". I do not see him as a leader, I do not see him taking charge of that team. The Jaguars Garrard has impressed me for those reasons. From snap #1 he has had the air of leader all about him. For a rookie he has great poise and has a lot of talent at that position. HE has potential.... if he can stay healty. It's easier too look good when you have not played a full season however that may help them in the playoffs.

Better get your facts straight before you go talk trash about someone. Stick to the subject and if all you have is personal trash talk, then keep your fingers away from the keyboard.
Posted Tuesday December 18, 2007, About: Has Eli been coached poorly?
no, Eli was not coached poorly, he just is not that good. Somewhere the NFL got the idea that because of his last name, he was going to be good. If Eli's last name was Schmedlap, he would have gone undrafted.

At to that playing for the Giants headed by Tom Turn-your-head-and-Coughlin and you spell F-A-I-L-U-R-E. Caughlin has taken a team that had Strahan, Shockey and Barber in their prime.... nowhere.
Posted Monday December 17, 2007, About: Report: Cowher turns down Falcons
If Cowher was going to return (and I hope he does) I would pray that it would not be to the Falcons. The Falcons are a mess right now, Petrino has one foot out the door before he ever stepped in it. If I were the Falcon Players, I would seriously consider heading down to Arkansas and suprise Petrino with a Blanket Party (you saw one in Full Metal Jacket) however I might consider swithing from bars of soap stuffed in socks to devices of a more suitable nature, such as nail tipped bats, machetes, maces and flails.
Posted Monday December 17, 2007, About: Did Pennington win job back?
The fact that this is a question at all tells you how bad of a QB problem Mangini and the NY Jets are faced with. The Chad may be a nice guy, but he is not the QB answer in New York and it is going to take more than a "decent" performace to make the Jets conteders again. He should stick to raising bucking bulls for the PBR, he's better at that.
Posted Saturday December 15, 2007, About: When Belichick became a villain
The colts ceased to be NFL champions the day after the Superbowl. A new season begins, having the title "Last Year's Champion" means nothing.

I enjoy Belichick being hated, it means he's winning, and winning handedly. Jealousy brings out the hatred in everying.
