The Lakers are playing about as well as they can. They look great. The only problem I see is that while they are playing at their peak level, The Spurs are still struggling with their offense. Last night they set a franchise record for the lowest point total in a quarter. By all accounts, they should be falling out of playoff contention, but they are only ?? of a game behind the Lakers, and gaining. Wow with all of the talk of the Lakers lately, you would think that they are the second coming or something. But there are the Spurs playing average ball and plugging away. I have one question for everyone already crowning the Lakers??? what do you do when the Spurs start clicking? You might want to call your closest Mavs or Suns fan for the answer.

Oh Barry picks SA (unless he doesn't like rings).

I think Robert Horry says it best below. By the way Suns fans, you might want to buy a program. Horry doesn't wear #5 anymore. Great job booing Udoka all night. I guess that just shows how much the average Suns fan knows about basketball.

Shape up: Spurs forward Robert Horry has a message for the newest member of the Phoenix Suns. O'Neal, get ready to run.

Horry, who spent seven seasons alongside O'Neal in Los Angeles, made light of the hulking center's trade from Miami to fun-and-gun Phoenix.

"He's not the mobile center he used to be," Horry joked. "A lot of times, he might not make it across halfcourt with them."
