Technically, I believe you can drink on base if you are 18. Not sure they ever changed that.

TO and Moss on the same time...that would be one incredible recieving corp. However, that is besides the point. Am I the only person who thinks the Redskins need a quaterback? I don't think Cambelle is the answer.
