For one, I'd really hate to see Sheets (injury prone, not a good guy for the Texas heat), CC or any other rally high priced free agent come. This club is on the right track promoting from within...Millwood and Padilla have time left on their contracts, and every year brings more talent nearer to ML level.

I'd as soon go with the two above and the best of Harrison, McCarthy, Hunter, Feldman, Gabbard next year and keep developing.

Ryan is a smart guy, though...probably the smartest guy the Rangers have had since Melvin left.
