Better Idea: Just add more teams to the playoffs and eliminate the bye week for the teams with the best records. It will add more games, "THAT COUNT" and increase revenue instead of diluting the regular season and ruining all the previous held records. Add 1-2 more playoff games! Leave the regular season alone.
