Posted Saturday October 18, 2008, About: Irate Lions coach benches No. 1 pick
This is the dumbest thing that Rod and Jim Coletto have done yet. The real reason the two benched Cherilus, was because he got bull-rushed on one play. Yes, that's right, one and only one play. George Foster gets bull-rushed, play-after-play, play-after-play. Cherilus is dominant, and it is unfortunate that he got stuck in such a bad situation. Rod isn't and never will be a good coach, for many reasons, but if there is one reason that makes him an awful coach, rather than just a bad or even average coach, he has NO patience at all with rookies, and he almost refuses to progress them and develop them. After this situation, Rod truly needs to get canned, this is ridiculous. The season is blown, so why not develop the guys of the future?
Posted Tuesday October 14, 2008, About: Lions aren't planning to trade Williams
I think that the Lions should trade Roy Williams to the Raiders for Nnamdi Asomugha. I know the Raiders have Walker, but he is going to get cut after this season. Al Davis loves talent and size, and Roy Williams has a lot of both. He would be the perfect downfield target for Jamarcus Russell.

Wow, I should have known these two "NFL Gangsters" were best friends...
Posted Thursday October 02, 2008, About: Feds: Henry is drug ring money man
This comes to me as no surprise as Henry has been involved in drugs since the day he stepped in the league. I expected him to get back into drugs after he was released by the Broncos, knowing he couldn't find anything better to do...
Posted Thursday September 18, 2008, About: Report: Lions met with Alexander
I think that Benson would be worth a try because he is still relatively young and when being a compliment to a faster back he did alright. Look at what him and Thomas Jones did...It could be the same thing with Kevin Smith.
Posted Tuesday July 29, 2008, About: Why Heat will keep Marion
I understand that defense is about desire, but many people believe that Beasley is too small to guard the 4 just because he measured in at a "midget" 6-8 and not 6-10. The Heat also know that Beasley whether he wants to play defense or not, will not be able to guard some of the better veterans, therefore they need to keep Marion unless they could get rid of him for somebody such as Ron Artest, a hard-nosed defender.
Posted Monday July 28, 2008, About: Why Heat will keep Marion
I think that keeping Marion is a good idea because of his versatility and rebounding. Beasley is shorter than his listed height at K-State, but with shoes on he is still 6-10 and has a really big wingspan that will help him guard the 4. He doesn't really have the quickness as a rookie to guard some of the quicker and more experienced 3 positions. At the 4, he won't need to move around as much and he can use his long arms for shot blocking.
Posted Thursday June 19, 2008, About: Teams call Heat about Haslem
Trade Haslem and swap 2009 firsts for Mo Williams, and trade Marion for Melo. Then with the first round pick that is from Milwaukee, get either Lopez, Randolph, or the guy that I think is the most NBA ready center, Roy Hibbert. That lineup would definitely win 60+ games and most likely a championship. It would look like this:
PG- Mo Williams
SG- Dwyane Wade
SF- Carmelo Anthony
PF- Mark Blount, or Alexander if they draft him
C- Lopez, or Hibbert, Blount if Alexander is drafted
Posted Thursday June 19, 2008, About: Don't believe Mayo-to-Miami talk
I think that if Miami gets anybody, they should get Jeryd Bayless. Bayless is a better scorer and better rebounder than Rose, and I also think that he will be better in the pros as he is much like a young Mike Bibby. Say that the Heat doesn't want anybody at no. 2, then they should trade the pick to Milwaukee along with Udonis Haslem and get Mo Williams. The one thing that I am not understanding these days, is that with Melo up for trade, and the Heat want a side-kick for Wade, why don't they get Melo who is already a proven NBA player, not some risk-factor. The Nuggets may even do Melo for Marion straight up becuase if Marion doesn't opt out, then his contract will expire next year, leaving a huge amount of money for the Nuggets.
Posted Tuesday February 26, 2008, About: Heat couldn't swing Miller deal
Marion is doing better than I expected, but I think the Heat should restructure his deal this off-season that way they can get a player via free agency, and draft a guy like Rose or Beasley, or even Love.
Posted Thursday August 23, 2007, About: Riley calls free-agent forward
Man, I can never guess what Pat Riley is going to do. At the beginning of this offseason, he said that he was going to bring in Rashard Lewis, but Orlando signed him to that lucrative max deal. Then he said that he was going to bring in Mo Williams, but he signed a 52 million dollar deal with the Bucs. Just a week or two ago he said that he was going to bring in Mike Bibby, and a day after that he said he was going to bring in Mike Bibby, and Ron Artest. Now he said he is going to bring in P.J. Brown? My only guess for that is that he is going to sign P.J., trade Haslem and Williams and bring in Mike Bibby, Ron Artest, or even both.
Dorell Wright has grown to 6,10" and Riley said that he is able to play both forwards.
Posted Monday August 20, 2007, About: Raiders No. 1 QB job up for grabs
Hey Rada4life, I hope you know that the Lions have done more this offseason to help their team than the Raiders, they brought in running backs, signed Edwin Mulitalo, who was an anchor next to John Ogden on the left side of the Ravens o-line, brought in Dewayne White who had 6 sacks last year and only started about half of the games, brought in George Foster who was a first round pick a few years ago, and just didn't fit the Broncos o-line system, so the Lions are a better team at this point, and they did make a better draft decision, so therefore you are wrong, and watch when the Lions air-it-out for 400 yards the season opener against your piss-**** Raiders. By the way rogerallen, are you ****? Because that is probably the most retarded comment I have ever read in my life, and it seems as if you would know quite a bit about sucking nuts.
Posted Monday August 20, 2007, About: Heat still interested in Artest
The Heat should sign P.J. Brown, and trade Antoine Walker, James Posey, and Jason Willams to the Kings for Artest and Bibby. The Heat would be my favorite to win the title with this as a starting lineup:

PG: Mike Bibby
SG: Dwyane Wade
SF: Ron Artest
PF: Udonis Haslem
C: Shaquille O'Neal

Key Reserves:
PG: Smush Parker
SG: Daequan Cook
SF: Dorell Wright
PF: P.J. Brown
C: Alonzo Mourning
Posted Thursday August 16, 2007, About: Lions optimistic of RB's return
Jones career is over. He had an amazing rookie season, but that was it for him, he will end up like Billy Sims, getting hurt every year, or even a Deuce Staley, nothing more, he sucks, Tatum and T.J. will carry the load and will do amazing, Tatum has one of the best cut moves in the NFL, and T.J. is the strongest back in the NFL. Jones doesn't stand a chance.
Posted Thursday August 16, 2007, About: Lion's days numbered in Detroit
Drummond was a one-shot kind of guy, he had one great season, and everybody thought he was the next great thing. I would rather have Shaun McDonald, or even Brandon Middleton from NFL Europa. Bye Eddie!
Posted Wednesday August 15, 2007, About: Bibby-Williams trade Heating up?
Do it Miami, it'll be the best thing since bringing in Shaq.
Posted Friday August 10, 2007, About: Why Bears will keep Brown
Mark Anderson would have won Defensive Rookie of the Year, had it not been for Demeco Ryans leading the league in tackles. Anderson finished the season with 13 sacks, and Brown only had what, like 6 and a half? Anderson also only played on third down, meaning he might have lead the league in sacks had he been a three down player. This rotation will be a major disruptive force for opposing teams offenses. Bears should have the best D in the league with Brown and Harris back, and the Ravens losing Adalius Thomas. GO BEARS!
Posted Wednesday August 08, 2007, About: Heat's small forward options
Hey Skinner you're wrong, and so are you Junjuve. Spree sucks, never will be able to play in the L again, especially after sitting out for 2 seasons. Junjuve, do you honestly think that JRose wants to play for Detroit when they have done nothing in the off-season to improve their team? NO! The Heat should get Ruben Patterson and Mickael Pietrus. Do a sign-and-trade with the Warriors by trading Posey and Doleac, for Pietrus, and sign Ruben Patterson. That would give them a solid defender on the wing in Patterson, and a solid three-ball and driving scorer in Pietrus. Patterson is a great defender and so is Smush(one of four players to have 110 threes and 110 steals in a season), this would give the Heat a big edge with an already solid offense.

Posted Monday August 06, 2007, About: Recruit picks State over Michigan
The reason why this guy didn't pick Michigan was probably because he wouldn't shine on Michigan like he would on State. Michigan has too much competition at the receiver spot for this guy too make it, and even when all of the guys leave Michigan will bring in more guys.
Posted Monday August 06, 2007, About: Why Eddie left Heat for Mavs
Eddie Jones is a joke now adays. Back when the Heat lost in the conference finals, that was his last good year. Now he is just one of those veteran guys with no skills that will help a team reach the finals. I am happy the Heat let him go, he is just a waste of roster space.
