Liverpool won't get Heinze directly from United. Fergie won't let it happen. There hasn't been a transfer between the two rivals in over 40 years. Don't expect it to happen as long as Ferguson has a say.
It is official Heinze is NOT going to liverpool. I am glad all that crap is over but I think he still might find his way out of a Red Devil jearsey before the transfer window is over we shall see Glory Glory Man United!!!
Your right, Purdue and Central Michigan was a great game as long as you didn't have Purdue and giving the 8 points. HaHa. I think Purdue became disinterested at half time and surprised they were able to re-group. I've been getting hammered about the blogs by the Big 10 people so they better hope my forecast doesn't play out.
Thanks for your comment on my blog, Keeper! And congrats on getting FSC... though I recommend Setanta Sports instead (or in addition, $$$) if you have access to it. Listening to Max call a game is like hearing fingernails on a chalkboard...
For the moment, I'm going "cold turkey" but a friend will be showing me how to look for *cough* downloads *cough* now that I have DSL...
I'm a 'keeper for my "Sunday league" team in Lawrence (mostly grad students, about half of them international). Not good, but I'm improving... not caught in "No Man's Land" as often now ;-) How 'bout you?
I couldn't agree more. There was a TD between Kansas Toonami and Big Chaco over who would win the FA Cup Final, and both had Cardiff City going to the final over Barnsley. I went nuts.
Hmmm... this goes to "competitive" versus "best" (or what some would call "quality").
This year the FA Cup has been more about "competitiveness" than "quality", but I'm thinking Barnsley is the equivalent of George Mason--would be nice to see them cut down the nets (why don't they do that in cup finals? that would be soooo coool), but I'm making an educated guess (still a guess) that their magic is about to run out. Cardiff knows them better, too, being in the same division--no surprises, unless Barnsley has a new formation up their sleeve... ;-)
As the Brits say: "Heart says Barnsley, Head says Cardiff".
