This isn't relevant to 10-spot blog, so I'm posting in your comment section:

"Like all Massachusetts villages, Chestnut Hill is not an incorporated municipal entity, but unlike most of them, it encompasses parts of three separate municipalities: the town of Brookline, the city of Boston (parts of its neighborhoods of Brighton and West Roxbury), and the city of Newton, Massachusetts (its village which is also called Chestnut Hill)."
Wikipedia isn't the most reliable source, but I do recall a street sign on Beacon Street on our lower campus indicating that one was going from Boston into Newton.
I win? Haha, silly argument anyway.
I worked at Brookline Liquor Mart just up the road from Our House for a few years while in school. Good times...
