I like your name as I also share your pride. Of course I am an LSU Tiger Fan and you are most likely a Georgia Bulldog fan, but we can share our SEC opinions and most likely we will agree most of the time. The UGA and LSU game this year will be a very interesting game as I think it will be your typical hard hitting and physical SEC game.

LSU will need to replace most of the secondary, but they are not without experienced and talented players so we will have to wait and see how that turns out. The Offense will be just as strong with everybody but Hester, Flynn, and Doucet returning plus we have some very talented receivers replacing them. The running game will be very good and the QB is a Redshirt Freshman, but is very smart and talented so we feel good there.

I think UGA will be a very talented and balanced team, so LSU will have to be on top of it's game to have a chance to beat Georgia. I would have to say at this point UGA is the preseason favorite to win the SEC, but you still have to play them. LSU has it's share of rivals with Alabama (and Nick Satan) , Auburn, Ole Miss, and Florida as our biggest rivals since we play those four every year. Georgia just creates a biggere test for LSU, but I think the Tigers will be up to the test.

I have hit rock bottom. I just found out that I will be in Japan during the LSU vs. UGA game in October. I think I'll sit here and sob for a moment.......................................................... ...........................................sniff-sniff. Ok, I'm better now. Guess I can sell those two tickets and buy one for the SEC championship game to see the rematch.

Times have changed. What about Georgia now, are they really as good as we thought or did they just play poorly against Alabama ?

I think it is a little of both and I think Alabama has been playing great, but you stop the run and they become a different team. Although they have Jullio Jones and other talented receivers, put pressure on Wilson and things can change.

After the Florida Game, I look for those two games to be defining games for LSU and it's chance to get back to the BCS. If LSU can beat The Gators it will give them the confidence they need to finish off anybody.
