Liverpool obviously. However, I'll cheer for any teams that play a clean, attacking game and that don't dive all the time.

Gareth Barry and Robbie Keane to Liverpool? I must have woken up in the twilight zone. This is the same Liverpool that year after year causes me to ask "Who is that guy?" To be fair the Anfield signings are usually serviceable and sometimes excellent but they are rarely people I've heard of. Two big targets already and it's only July, madness. Lehmann is certainly capable of being a lights out keeper. He went over 850 minutes without conceding a goal in the Champions League in the 2005-2006 season. He will have to regain his form fast. Spain almost turns into a super team when they get a lead and with Michael Ballack likely helping the back line cope with the speedy Spaniards, scoring opportunities may be scarce. I don't think a comeback is in the cards…

Giving two spots up is too much. (sorry, Austria and Switzerland) 3)At some point either Julie Foudy or Tommy Smyth had to go. It looks like ESPN made the right choice. 4)UEFA told the referee's not to call anything in the box unless there was blood, a lot of blood. 5)I think the Russians and Turks are here to stay. (no Greek disappearing act) 6)If ESPN keeps blocking the bottom of screen with totally…
